Location , clean, comfortable and easy to walk to the historic centre but not so busy and so much less noise than being in the centre . Car park spot though expensive in lock up garage was useful for when we used a rental car to visit outside the city or visit friends in Nova Gaia. Also shops, bakeries and supermarket very convenient
Nothing to report , maybe negotiate a cheaper car park rate ?

A very comfortable apartment, just as described, close to the city center and tourist attractions. It's a safe neighborhood, with shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent communication with Maria (the host), who is extremely helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.

Nice central location within Porto.
The balcony could do with a refurbishment as several wooden floor boards were broken (balcony itself is concrete so safe).
