I love the scenery here. It’s the perfect place to escape, relax, and truly recharge.
The room and common areas are a bit dark to me, but I think that’s intentional and part of the design.

breakfast was great... temperature in the entire property was uncomfortably warm .... Aircon in the room also did not cool enough even though weather was balmy... bar area, reception all felt uncomfortable... no place to sit in the room... no sofa or chair ... coffee in room sucked...
airconditioning not cooling sufficiently .... should have nespresso machines and pods in every room... staff courteous but service was slow generally...

Pros - room was excellent. Beds were comfy. Breakfast buffet was excellent
Cons -
Bar - only one bartender knew how to make a cocktail. The rest were terrible for the prices we were paying. Also none of them could describe what was on the happy hour so that caused a bit of confusion
English - only a few at the hotel staff actually speak passable English so good luck otherwise. Tried to order food at the pool and had to go via Google translate after describing allergies. Staff wouldn’t get back to us with answers to our questions at the restaurant, avoiding us.
Food - generally excellent but takes a while to describe allergies so you will have to double check what you eat if you have an allergy
Horses - they stand in the field without water and no one is there to look after them. You can see the bones on one of them. Said the activity was from 8-5 pm and we went there at 3 pm and no one was around
Pillows - ordered pillows and never received them
