Good but the ongoing works woke us up early

Receptionist on arrival was very polite and helpful. The room was good in general. Location is perfect.

We were upgraded and grateful for that but the view was a partial view of the sea which was nice and the other half a view of a construction site. Also, early morning there was a lot of noise as If someone was working with a jigger on our room. No one excused himself for this as if we booked knowing that there was gonna be work in progress.

One word Horrific

The location was perfectly OK with me because it was not far from the main areas

The noise in the hotel and all around it was horrific and I had requested a quiet room as I'm on medication for sleeping and got a room with a building site outside my window

Non c’è più casino!sal colazione in area ex casino al chiuso,anziché all’ultimo piano con vista mare.ho dimenticato un oggetto del valore di 60€ mi è stato segnalato dal hotel,ho dato generalità di un amico per ritiro via mail..andato a ritirare non c’è stato modo di ritirare!!ostruzionismo del personale..nonostante rimandato mail seconda volta per poter ritirare

Expected way more from Fairmont, literally worst one from this brand.

Location is decent, Interior is good, and room views which are looking down to "Hairpin" is amazing. Everything else is terrible.

To be more clear about extra fees which are not present during booking, response time from service is terrible waited for 2 hours for a toothbrush, garbage collected from rooms were left in corridors.

Le petit déjeuner à 40 euros ne le mérite pas du tout Café crème froid, et il manquait beaucoup de choses à 9h à peine Dommage ça gâche l’ensemble du séjour

Super séjour dans cet hôtel magnifique. Nous reviendrons à 100%

Petite nuit passé au sein de l'Hôtel pour l'anniversaire de mon compagnon, nous avons reçu de très bonnes prestations durant le séjour. Je recommande à 100% tout était magnifique également et il ne manquait de rien dans les chambres.

Le seul petit point négatif, nous sommes arrivés a 15h au sein de l'hôtel mais malheureusement apres plusieurs demandes a la conciergerie, nos bagages sont arrivés à 18h. Mais nous ne retenons pas cela car tout était parfait par la suite.

Sans le bruit des travaux hôtel notre séjour fut merveilleux

Les travaux qui nous ont dérangés tout au long de notre séjour avec un réveil à 7h45 le jour de notre départ alors que selon l hôtel les travaux ne devaient pas commencer avant 9h30 le matin Nous aurions apprécié que l hôtel nous en informe au lieu de gérer notre mécontentement avec de la remise qui nous a semblé être proposée pour nous faire avaler cette situation improbable pour un hôtel qui se veut haut de gamme

Monaco is an amazing experience, and this hotel is iconic.

AMAZING!!! Our room overlooked the World Famous "Hairpin" and it didn't disappoint. It's a must for all F1 fans. Amaxing, room, facilities, restaurants and of course location. If you are visiting Monaco then this should be a must stay hotel. We will be back.

The view, the hotel, the restaurant and how the hotel give you an option to connect your phone to the tv and watch anything you want..that was the best part. Also the staff were very polite..Luc and Gilles were very welcoming and so kind. Gilles made sure to go the extra mile just to get you everything you requested for. He made sure we were satisfied. Best service I’ve received by far. Thank you very much Gilles.

Drinks and snacks in the mini fridge are way overpriced. Did not expect that at all. You’re better off going out to the shop to buy your fizzy drinks (cans) and snacks etc

Il costo del parcheggio aumenta di anno in anno; per un giorno 60 euro anche se non movimenti la macchina. Dovrebbe essere ridotto in quanto il personale non effettua alcun servizio se non all'arrivo ed alla partenza.

Voiturier très accueillant et serviable, restaurant lounge avec un beau cadre et une super ambiance, room service rapide et de bonne qualité, belle salle de bain.

Réceptionistes étonnés de notre arrivée, pensant que l'on était des livreurs (peut-être trop jeunes et pas assez bien habillés ?), bruits de travaux et marteau piqueur dès 8-9h du matin (la nuit a été courte) - il semblerait que ce ne soit pas la faute de l'hôtel, soit, mais ils se réservent pourtant de l'annoncer, mieux vaut que les clients le découvrent par eux-mêmes. Interruption d'eau et d'électricité pendant 1 à 2 heures dans la matinée, pas de lumière dans les WC ni de douche possible avant notre sortie, encore une fois, pas de la faute de l'hôtel (peut-être celle des clients ?)

I loved the amazing service received, and the spa, pool and gym facilities were very good. Restaurant was very nice as well and catered very well for nut allergy.

The people in the room next door were very loud at 3am and security wasn't very effective. Nobu was closed and we didn't know so it would have been better if it was open.

Generally excellent hotel with terrific views and good location

Location- there are Seaview rooms, but we have the hairpin room which had a terrific view where the Formula One cars drive.

We felt it was unnecessarily expensive for a coffee, a small beer, a Coke and a bottle of water €36 . Also, we were going to book a table at Nobu but when I asked for a menu to view, I was ushered towards the electronics screen, I had to ask again and fill both the stars, a little unhelpful, very short with us, so we decided to go into town instead

Hairpin room is every GP fan’s delight

We were treated so kindly and the service was exceptional. It was a special occasion and we had a few treats in the room on arrival. Very thoughtful! We had a hairpin room and they are part of the new renovation. They are gorgeous!
