lovely

we found that the reception at check in was very nice and escorted us to our rooms - a nice touch. but ongoing, the staff could have told us more about the facilities - we eventually found the wonderful spa area by ourselves- it’s quite out of the way and you have to be determined to actually find it. once there they gave us no explanations about how things work and we had quite a “run-around” to actually be allowed to go into the spa and o to the balcony with the jacuzzi, etc. the staff definitely needs more training in this aspect because, in the 6 days we were there, we would’ve spent a lot more time and money in the hotel if we knew what they had. In general we found that the concierge acted a bit “superior” and didn’t communicate or offer any help or suggestions about the hotel restaurants and spa etc.

Probably the best hotel in Monaco.

I expected high quality, and I got it. Staff members are at their best, and you can definitely feel that this is one of the best hotel in the area. They even got me a better room, which made the stay even better. The hotel feels gigantic and really classy. Security is top-notch.

The salt water pool inside wasn't that pleasant, but it's just a matter of personal taste. They have many other enjoyable things.

Best place to stay in the world

Its a dream hotel, legend hotel, amazing design and ambience, fast room service. Beautiful rooms, therms area, and was the best option to meet my birthday there. But the main important that this hotel is about people you meet there, high class network. Its simply the best place to stay in Monaco, if you can afford it go for it only! If you cant afford it, take a loan and go for it )) i mean it

To be forgotten, quickly.

Time reaction. Still awaiting an invoice almost 3 weeks after my stay. Did not like many things but I won’t bother listing them considering the time loss and how energy consuming dealing with the property has been. Appalling service.

Nice hotel but pity about the honesty of the staff who stole a Chanel dress left in the bathroom of our room

I first saw it in 1980. Returning now to this landmark hotel with my daughter and her mother, I felt really nice .

The history, the location, the view.

The seventh floor, the swimming pool.

Overall great but the American bar snobbery was disappointing.

Ordering cooked breakfast was confusing as no menu & staff did not understand eggs & bacon on toast etc.. The American bar staff left us for 40 mins sat outside as we were in the queue for a space. We had no drinks service & it was only when we politely advised them we were residents that we got in.

World class luxury. We will definitely stay again.

Absolute luxury and service. Beautiful and outstanding location.

the only issue we had was a bad smell of drains from our bathroom. this was a disappointing issue on an otherwise flawless hotel.

Nothing beats this hotel - it is a dream come true .

It is such a beautiful hotel in the most perfect location. I have never experienced such exceptional service - professional but they also seemed to genuinely care. They always seemed to know my name and I felt completely taken care of.

We were not made aware that the Thermes spa was closed when we booked. We were offered an alternative gym in the hotel (not the same) but I think Booking.com should have let us know in advance.
