We found this property to be delightful. We loved the balcony for enjoying our evenings. I would have liked to see a table on the balcony for eating at, it is FL, and I wanted to sit outside for my meals. It was a very close walk to the beach, the pool and hot tub were in excellent working condition. We enjoyed the property. We had a problem, but they had maintenance there within an hour to fix it, I call that a win for the property.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great with access to the beach very close. Some good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The property was little underwhelming but not horrible. We had to call the after hours number for sheets for the pull out, there were none but plenty of pillowcases. We were guided on how to get into another unit to get the shed that were needed. We enjoyed ourselves and went with the flow.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi recently stayed at the beach house at siesta key from April 8th through April 15th. We made this booking in November of 2021.Upon arrival Friday April 8th we were told our sink in the condo was broken and wouldn't be fixed till the following Tuesday. However the next day while we were out we got a call that somebody was going to come in and take a look at it. I'm attaching photos of how housekeeping "cleaned" for our allotted stay. Disgusting. Even the sign that says premium sanitize rental was caked 🤢 Our plates upon arrival had food on them from previous tenants, we tried to run the dishwasher and it did not work so we had to hand wash the entire week. The laundry washer worked well however the dryer took 12 hours to dry four articles of clothing. The water pressure was horrible. The shower had leftover hair on the walls. And the day before we checked out our toilet had no water in and no water coming out. The lady at the front was extremely nice and helpful with knowledge of the area. The big hotels behind our condo "owning" the literal beach gave us a hard time finding a spot to lay out. The pool is kept clean and warm. Plenty of parking. Do not eat at pizza and brews across the street.
