Great location. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Property was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels , toiletries, etc provided. Unfortunately , a lot of noise (music, yelling, etc) could be heard the through door from other guests and any activity in pool at all hours. Communication only possible during office hours (9-5) . Parking also an issue , one pass per unit but no one regulating cars parked without passes. Very inconvenient and frustrating during vacation. We had to sit in our car for over 30 mins calling “after hours” number to receive no resolve. We also did not swim in the pool on property very overcrowded and never saw anyone cleaning it over the 4 day stay.

Location was great and super close to the beach. Property manager was very friendly and helpful at check in. Unfortunately, it was very outdated and not as clean as the pictures show. Carpets need to be replaced, floors were very dirty, a few pillows and towels were stained as well. We left a day early because of the cleanliness. It definitely needs a face lift , but the location is perfect access to the private beach.
