Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was very good; the only thing I have to point out is that the Wi-Fi was very, very slow.

Wonderful location, clean aparment, pool and jaccuzi were very nice, but the WiFi was terrible, very very slow.

The location of this property is 10/10. It’s very spacious and right next to the beach. We loved being within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and bars at Crescent Beach—it made getting around so easy. Having access to two fantastic pools and the provided beach chairs/umbrella was also a huge plus.However, several maintenance and cleanliness issues prevented this from being an "Excellent" stay. Inside the unit, one of the blankets was dirty and had to be replaced, the sofa had noticeable stains, and the bathroom wasn't as clean as we expected.The unit also shows some wear and tear: the dishwasher works but feels like it’s falling apart, and there are several unpainted dents and spots on the walls that are unpleasant to look at. If these repairs and a deeper cleaning were addressed, this would be a perfect place to stay.

This is a very nice small condo. Two bedrooms and a sitting room/kitchen. Two bathrooms. It worked for a quick visit for Siesta Key. The only issues were the windows had lights stationed right on the other side and light poured in at night. The blinds/ curtains on the windows did nothing to keep the light out. So it felt like day in the middle of the night. Sleep was difficult because of that. Then the kitchen was poorly stocked. It was hard to cook anything without any tools. We had to go to target to purchase a few tools to help make it easier to cook. Otherwise it’s a nice place to stay.
