The hotel consists of two modern villas set on a small yet comfortably organized property. There is a swimming pool, along with space to sunbathe and relax. Throughout the day and into the evening, you can order juices, tea, and cocktails at the hotel bar. It is conveniently located within easy walking distance of all of Pula's main attractions. The service is excellent, with a warm, hospitable atmosphere that is remarkably quiet, clean, and beautiful. We found the breakfast format very convenient: you can order omelets, toast, coffee, croissants, and juices—everything is fresh or quickly prepared.

The hotel is in a very quiet area, and everything was very nicely done. We had some hiccups with the key to our room, but the staff did their best and were very apologetic. We were only stopping one night before heading to the airport, so we can’t comment on much except that the bar service was great and the hotel looked nice!

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making in the room (Room 1).

The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment. At first glance, it looks fine, but the bathroom in particular doesn’t meet the standards you’d normally expect from a four-star hotel. There was an unbearable smell coming from the toilet/drain, which was sorted out on the second day by placing a urinal cleaner on the floor (causing the whole room to smell of chemical orange), the shower wasn’t draining properly, there were patches of mould on the bathroom wall, and the air conditioning smelled quite. For this kind of money, I would not come back.
