Hotel is in a great location for Pula's main sites and is conveniently close to the main bus station and the airport bus stop. There's a great selection of eateries within walking distance. The room was comfortable with the facility to control the temperature. Great shower and a fridge in the room too. The staff were lovely and were really helpful.
Very little coffee and tea was supplied in the room.
The variety of food at breakfast was good and the coffee was nice, but items frequently ran out and were not replenished quickly enough. There was no dedicated, secure area for leaving luggage and the poor receptionist had to cope with being surrounded by luggage!

I liked the staff, who were super friendly and helpful, the location, and the room with a good shower.
Nothing to say.

Good location pleasant staff
Poor breakfast had to ask staff to refill coffee machine and fruit salad. Fruit juice was awful just like water, the whole breakfast experience was very poor. Shower floor was lethal and did not drain very quick making it exceptionally dangerous. Should have non slip floor or provide a mat.
