Hotel Scaletta

Great simple family run hotel - it doesn’t have lots of facilities however the location is wonderful with easy to get to bus station, train station, harbour and all the tourist attractions in Pula. You can never get bored of walking past the amphitheater into town.

In our room, the shower over the bath was a bit awkward and perhaps would be better to just have a shower

No lift

Pros: - fantastic location close to town center and to Roman anphitheatre. (9/10) - A large car parking is available at 200 metres from the hotel at €/day 10 (9/10) - kind personnel (10/10) - tasty and rich breakfast (8/10) - clean rooms (10/10) - price per value (8/10)

Cons: -No elevator (5/10) -No large rooms (7/10)

Great location. Directly next to the main attraction Pule Arena! The staff is extremely friendly and available for all questions. Especially the lady at the front desk.

The parking lot is a good 10 minutes away from the hotel. Access to the hotel is extremely impractical for staying with luggage because unfortunately there are a lot of stairs to the entrance, so it is complicated to get to the hotel with more luggage. Also, the breakfast room is on the ground floor of the hotel, but you can get to it by leaving the hotel, which is not very practical in rainy conditions. And finally, I have to comment that the bathroom smells very humid.
