Beautiful little boutique hotel in great location. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. Water refill stations available.
Nothing major but sometimes tricky to get a pool lounger in the sun as only a few available. Managed to most days though.
No window in my room apart from one at the top of the wall which couldn’t see out of.
Otherwise great stay.

Lovely room right by the pool comfortable beds, extra towels for the pool. Amazing breakfast.
Not a lot of space to put clothes. Would be tricky if you were staying a week.

For the price, Akaya was a nice small hotel. The staff were friendly. The pool was clean and the location was great. A good amount of storage and good aircon. The location is excellent, so close to the beach and good restaurants.
The bed was extremely unconformable. The hot water took a good 3 minutes. My room was tired with marks and stains. The breakfast was okay but very average compared to the actual cafe menu. I also got the room next to the staff/cleaners room. It was noisy and I had workers walking past my room constantly - so it did not feel private and had to keep my blinds closed at all times.
