Location was great Staff - friendly and helpful Gardens beautifully maintained Pool overlooking the beach

Lack of sun loungers and availability given the size of the hotel. Whilst we arrived on a busy weekend I feel this was pretty poor. i We ended up having to walk down the beach and pay for loungers. The small pool at the front of the hotel was closed too, due to maintenance. Whilst this reopened the day after, there are still not enough loungers in the area. We booked a deluxe pool room, the rooms are very compact. Learning for me is to take note of the room sizes. A middle aged couple, we arrived to an adjoining door from our room, to the family with 4 young children, this is not ideal. This has not been been thought through on renovations and should be considered on future reservations/bookings. Appreciate this was a soft opening deal but, for a 4 star hotel, feedback needs to be taken onboard. Re the sunloungers... has been mentioned on previous comments and responsed to, disappointing no action has clearly been addressed.

Where to start - location is superb. Can walk everywhere if you dont mind the heat. The beach is a lovely beach to swim at. The staff were all lovely. Made sure our every need was catered to and nothing was too much. The facilities were perfect. Clean, modern, nice size. I stayed at room 1101 which is close to the pool at the front of the hotel. You could hear music sometimes at night but it was not a bother for me personally. They do provide ear buds. Shout out to Agus, Winde, Ulan and Dimar at the front desk. Special shout out to Ade for looking after us at the pool bar. The drinks were delicious. Food - breakfast is a lovely selection of your western variety and Indonesian too. Spoilt for choice. We had one occasion where our burger wasnt cooked properly but they resolved it. I hope to return again with my family but this was a memorable girls trip indeed. Suksma.

I honestly can not fault it. Maybe the fact that my room was at the far front end so had to a walk a little bit to get to restaurant and pool bar but that is truly not a complaint. I didnt mind it at all.

Fantastic location, within walking distance of great warungs, restaurants, the shopping mall, and the beach. Friendly and helpful staff who were always welcoming and eager to assist. Good food with plenty of enjoyable options available. Nice pool areas and plenty of sun lounges available on the beach. Clean and well-presented hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Convenient base for exploring Sanur and enjoying the local area.

The rooms are in desperate need of better soundproofing. We could hear almost everything from neighbouring rooms and balconies. The guests next door regularly had family visiting early in the morning, sitting on their balcony talking loudly, and we could clearly hear their conversations. The room above us had children running back and forth at all hours, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Reception could be quite busy at times, which occasionally resulted in longer wait times. More sun lounges around the pool areas would improve the overall experience.

The beach are and breakfast area are nice. Staff lovely .

Bad layout feels like 2 separate hotels . If you book a pool room you are stuck at the back off the property overlooking the back pool and it is a long walk to the front / beach area
