The grounds were simply divine and the pools were amazing and always very clean. We had a bungalow room which was always made up and was always made up daily amazing. The staff were always there to help with a smile

We thought the pools and landscaping were absolutely beautiful. The whole area felt peaceful, relaxing and really enjoyable.
At night, everything was lit up so beautifully, which made the walk to dinner feel quite special and almost breathtaking.
The restaurant also had a lovely view, and the beachfront location made it really easy to access and enjoy the beach.
The bed was a little too hard for me.
And I would have liked slightly better block out curtains.
We had a room where there was a window facing the walkway to room and there was a curtain but it felt like there was always a gap.
Would be good to have full cover of those windows.

The property and surrounds, the gardens, mature trees and preservation of the Balinese style as well as the beachfront location
The absolute contempt the hotel shows toward its guests, its neighbours and the community, blasting the atmosphere with disgusting noise for the sake of a few interlopers and a few dollars.
