Very friendly staff, comfortable room and amazing gardens, it was a lovely boutique hotel and close walk to beach etc.

Hot water took a long time to come out of shower, but did eventually

Loved that was small and boutique style with an island vibe. Very clean, lovely staff and great breakfast.

The location was central for what we needed, it was in walking distance to the beach and attractions. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the gardens and pool area was beautiful

Property is in a good location.

Aircon in bed room didn’t work very well (mixture of poor placement and very old) resulted in having to sleep ontop of sheets with aircon on full. Internet didn’t work at all during our stay, when asking staff they advised it had a problem and couldn’t say when it would be fixed. This was an issue as there is very little phone signal in the rooms. Bathroom was really old and small. Breakfast was good, however they charge Australian prices for coffee, $5 for a coffee in Bali is outrageous.
