Great boutique hotel, perfect location and very nice staff

The hotel does not have a dining room, but you get a voucher for the adjacent restaurant. We arrived at 10:30 and the wait time for a seat at the restaurant was almost an hour. There is no adjacent parking, the nearest parking lot cost 240 shekels for 17 hours. But overall, if you understand that parking is part of the expense and don't take breakfast as part of your hotel room reservation, then everything is great. There's no reason to lower the hotel's rating because both situations are unrelated to the excellent service I received.

Comfortable beds and sheets . Nice decor, except for the ugly sofa bed. Allowed a late check out which was very convenient.

Some of the reception staff were very unwelcoming. Room was not cleaned one day and the receptionist asserted that it was my fault (it wasn’t). Booking description says there are free bikes but receptionist said there were none (Booking.com still says “Boasting free bikes”) Breakfast vouchers were twice refused by the restaurant (in a very unpleasant manner) because another receptionist had used the wrong stamp. Shower overflowed every time and flooded the bathroom. No towel hooks in the bathroom. Not enough storage in the bathroom for toiletries.
