We booked a last minute stay for the second week of my son's spring break. It was a wonderful escape. The unit was as advertised and clean. The Westin and pool was great. Easy to get around and felt super safe and comfortable. Rented snorkel equipment onsite and explored beaches all week. Recommend renting a car- onsite parking is very easy.

We have stayed at the Westin on 3 occasions. We have always enjoyed the people and the property. The resort seems to be trying to get back to where it was before the two hurricanes and Covid but has a ways to go. A lot of deferred maintenance throughout the property. Our one bedroom villa was fine but hot water was a while to get to shower. Cruz bay also seems to be having some challenges. However the national park and all the beaches were wonderful.

Overall resort and amenities were nice. Unit floors could have been cleaner. Found a roach in unit.
