Phenomenal service, great attentiveness to detail. Room was romantic, things were accessible by foot

Nothing

Every bit of our experience with this hotel was exceptional. The property itself is unique and stunning, the staff went above and beyond at every opportunity, and the food was delicious. Whether we needed help with booking transfers or excursions, the staff had it handled as quickly as possible, and with such a friendly attitude. The location was tucked in a quiet part of town while also being steps away from the shops, restaurants, and hiking path. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and wish we could come back already!

There’s nothing about our stay that didn’t exceed my expectations.

All staff at the hotel were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, kind & always happy to help. We felt so welcome and comfortable during our stay. The location and services were brilliant. If you’re looking for a perfect location & top service, then you can’t go wrong with Kivotos. Of course the property & location are beautiful, but it’s the people who work within the hotel who really make it stand out. Thank you to all who made our stay so perfect.
