Aqua Luxury Suites by NOMÉE Hospitality Group

Breakfast in the room/on the terrace was amazing. Fair amount of choices on the menu to choose from. Always delivered on time and with the professional friendliness of all staff on these premises. Location in Imerovigli perfect. Be prepared to compromise on the privacy factor of your room/terrace - this is Santorini/Caldera after all! Everything is in our Appartment was in top shape, clean, modern, functional. The views are breathtaking and all of the experience is topped by the friendliness of the staff. If you need something, just ask. There is very high likelihood that they will make it possible! Overall this has been an experience that will be very hard to top! It doesn't get better than this. Als: don't miss to visit Restaurant ANERA (at Nero hotel). Amazing food and staff!

There are significantly cheaper and equally reliable transport/taxi options available on the island than the one Aqua Luxury Suites works with.

Very good location, super helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and an amazing view of the caldera!

The view was incredible and the service from the staff could not be faulted , exceptional

Nothing

The views from the outdoor tub were exceptional, and the hotel’s location in the center of Imerovigli makes it very well connected to the north and south of the island while still being within walking distance from Fira.

The property is not a 5 star hotel. The experience overall was far from being that of a 5 star one, which made us really confused over the first couple of days until we saw on Google that the hotel is in fact 4 stars! Considering that it is priced the same as adjacent hotels which are actually 5 stars I think is truly disappointing. The pictures also look much more refined and elevated than reality, as a lot of the furniture / fixtures / equipment is old and not well maintained. Cleanliness was also an issue, as we found multiple (large) spider webs throughout the suite which were never cleaned although the staff would come in every day.
