NĒRO Boutique Hotel

Superb views and everything you need from a hotel. They arranged all our taxis and nothing was too much. Incredible stay!

Loved the decor, very modern, tasteful and meticulously maintained. Breakfast was fantastic and all the staff were professional and very accommodating. Easy access to rooms, elevator, parking and sunrise (not sunset) were all a bonus for Santorini. The location in Imerovigli was superb. Easy walk to a whole range of restaurants. Public benches to watch the sunset less than 100m away and no need for stairs/climbing. Fira is a relatively easy walk. The trail to Oia is close by the hotel.

There is so much I loved about this place but what keeps me from giving it a 10/10 was temperature of the outside and inside pool. The outside pool is not heated and way the water is filtrated keeps it at a chilling temperature. It doesn’t receive the benefit of the warm to hot Santorini sun. It was way too cold to enjoy in September. This was a big disappointment because one of the main reasons we booked Nero (and paid what we did) was to be able to enjoy the outside pool. There were audible reactions to the cold water from guests who ventured in and quickly exited out. The inside pool is described as a spa pool. It is heated but still too cold to have the desired effect.

The entire hotel facility is marvelous and comfortable, situated in a very convenient location with some great restaurants within a 5-to-10-minute walk. We stayed in the Comfort Suite with Patio View, and I especially loved their pool! The staff are amazing—extremely welcoming and helpful—especially the receptionist! She was very accommodating and shared a lot of useful local information for our trip!

Great place to stay. Lovely hotel with great facilities and staff. Great location with plenty of restaurants on your doorstep and you can also walk to Fira with more options.
