I really like hotel conditions, hotel reception warm welcome, and bar nice and warm service!
All perfect exclude SPA reception，said to me “Ching Chong Qing ”. Unbelievable I had travelled so many countries, it’s the 1st time have this racist words.
Wish all other Chinese visitors not have this so disgusting experience anymore

It was a lovely hotel with a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fully equipped for everything we needed for our stay. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Will definitely make a return visit.

Very chilled atmosphere in hotel , the connecting hotel was cheaper and of similar standard with better bar and vibe.
Breakfast was not included in price , poor value in my opinion

Staff were very friendly
Very small room and the bathroom wasn’t great with water going everywhere due to bad design. The room was so small that we could hardly shut the entrance door as it hit the bed
