Location. Aesthetics. Sustainability
When I walked in I had a big suitcase and no one bothered to help.

Our "larger" room (junior suite) with balcony was well appointed, but rather tight and overfurnished. Nice nature oriented design and decoration throughout, and1 Hotel is located in the middle of old town (univerity area) and still quiet. Lovely neighborhood. Good valet parking.
They need more staffing at the reception and concierge desks.

Beautiful property and great location. We had dinner one evening and it was lovely. Room was nice decor.
Service in the bar / restaurant was terrible. The worst out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Impossible to get service and get the bill.
Our room was facing the street and very noisy at night. Wish we had addressed this on the first evening and tried to get moved.
Overpriced for the experience that was offered. Incredibly disappointed.
