Comfortable beds, good layout and space availability was good compared to other European hotels of this category.
Lighting inside room could be improved, very dim lighting- it can be supplemented by one or two bright lights too.

The friendly and helpful staff were a highlight at making our stay very pleasant. The hotel is very clean and the amenities are incredible.
I didn’t like the use of incense in the room. They triggered a horrible migraine.

The hotel was amazing. It reached our expectations and more.
The staff were always friendly and the hotel was always clean.
It was lovely to be able to sit by the pool during the day and also up until late in the evening as well, whilst there was music playing by the pool during the evening, this couldn't be heard in the hotel room.
Would highly recommend
The only thing I would say is that the Sauna and Steam room were slightly out of the way. They were on the 6 floor, where you had to walk through the rooftop bar.

The pool, sauna and steam room are the main highlights. We used the restaurant on the top floor for lunch one day, which was really nice and Kat who served us was incredibly accommodating.
The location is perfect for access to all tourist locations and the midday checkout meant that we could make more use of the facilities at the hotel on our final morning.
There could be more space (shelves or a storage unit) in the bathroom for storing personal toiletry items.
