Hotel Bella Grande

The property looked lovely from the outside, it had a large restaurant and bar area which was very busy all of the time, as we were on the second floor this did not impact on sleep and the place downstairs had a nice vibe.

The pillows weren’t great, & there did not seem an option with no sign for new pillows if needed. There were single duvets in the double beds & the bathroom I had was minute and it was a struggle. The hand towels were not changed for Clean ones. A sign in the bathroom said tap water fine to drink but there was no glass to use & there was no coffee making facilities in the room. The lift was tiny & slow. The decor downstairs dated but it worked somehow! The owner a lovely guy but did tell us people Burned to death in the building many years ago which kind of took the shine off our stay.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a fantastic location in the heart of Copenhagen. The building is elegant and charming, my room was comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Everything was perfect!

Honestly, there was very little not to like. Everything was excellent and i had a wonderful stay.

Rooms were nice and spacious and location was good. Staff were lovely too

No kettle, fridge or coffee machine in room. No aircon. Absolutely outrageously expensive!

This was my first time visiting Copenhagen and I'm so glad I chose this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the bedroom was lovely and quiet. The location was incredible especially for my first visit. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant downstairs we had a few drinks in the bar area and it was a lovely addition to the hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like about the property.
