The Bell Inn Hotel

Our room and bathroom were large, well appointed and comfortable, with a lovely big bed and both bath and overhead shower in the bathroom. There was plenty of free parking and breakfast options to suit all tastes, including yogurt, pastries and cereal as well as a range of cooked options. We ate in the restaurant one night and at the pub over the road the second night, both of which were very good but busy - I'd recommend booking. In summary it was a lovely comfortable base for walking and exploring in the northern part of the New Forest.

Breakfast was very good indeed

Nope everything was perfect

I love this place in the heart of the new forest. My room was spacious and comfy. After a delicious breakfast I stepped out into the forest amid ponies and autumn mist.

It was possible to hear guests in other rooms moving around, but this was unavoidable as it’s a period property and I wouldn’t change it (but it helped that I had earplugs for a quiet night’s sleep)

Great location and nice room.

Issues with every meal we had, all of which were avoidable.
