High Corner Inn

Loved the remoteness right in the New Forest where you can walk for miles in the forest right outside your door. Friendly staff, excellent food & drink if a little pricey. Great breakfast to set you up for the day. The cabins (called studios on Booking.com) I would call a pod are very small inside but perfectly thought out with a double bed & good hot shower. The modern decor is lovely with good quality bed linen, a widescreen tv, Roberts radio, coffee maker, usb plug sockets & nice touches such as pillow spray & a bamboo toothbrush if you’ve forgotten yours. It was lovely to see horses & pigs roaming the grounds whilst we there. There is plenty of parking. Dogs are welcomed in the bar/restaurant & rooms. The Inn is old & full of character with plenty of outside seating for the warmer months.

The cabin was noisy when it rained hard on the roof. A pint of Guinness was £7.45!

Excellent stay for a joint birthday family get together. The rooms we so comfortable and lovely, really brilliant staff that made us feel very welcome. Will be coming again!

A little hidden gem Loved everything, the location. the staff, the food and the cute studio cabins . I will definitely return very soon.

Location, location, location! Exceptional and peaceful.

Staff were new (know this as they took no time to confirm this to us!), slow service in pub and restaurant, almost thought we'd been forgotten at one point!
