EPIC SANA Marquês Hotel

Beautiful hotel and location, city facing room on high floor was an amazing panoramic view of the city and the castle. Breakfast is just amazing with so many options. Staff was so helpful.

Wow . What a beautiful hotel . Decor was Simply stunning . Facilities were just fab - rooftop pool/ indoor pool / live music / amazing restaurants and the buffet breakfast was all five star and beyond . I told reception it was my nieces 18th birthday and they left the most cutest little cake with a candle and handwritten card for her . Little chocolates left on the bed each night . Could not fault the staff from the doormen to the cleaners . And the cocktails were delicious !

Being asked for room number every time we used the gym/spa betrays the 5 star experience. Also being sharply told we ‘have to change’ before the spa didn’t feel particularly warm (we were carrying bags with our swim gear). These are obviously small issues in a generally lovely experience but enough to at least temporarily spoil the mood.

Everything was perfect for me - service, spa, rooftop pool, breakfast ☺️
