Location was so central. Breakfast was perfect, good selection of hot and cold dishes

I had a lovely stay at the hotel.The staff was perfect:professional,welcoming and kind in helping me in every aspect of my visit even printing out descriptions of the superb artwork hanging in the hotel itself.
I can’t express enough the beauty of the hotel’s interior design and the artwork which graced every level.
Last but not least:my room was everything I could have hoped for:elegant,intimate and the view of the Ponte Vecchio amazing.
I will definitely come back.

Ok, more fresh fruit and granola would be nice.
Room 579 is strange. Very dark and like being in a cave. The "loft" area wasn't really of much use. The bathroom door would not close. Overall the room felt like a dungeon.
