Beautiful old building, very big room with a sofa and an extra armchair in it, balcony with the view of the mountains. It's located in a quieter part of of GaPa but has many very good restaurants less than 5 min walk away from it. Great breakfast. Hotel sauna was really well maintained and super clean.
Pool was not working when we were there and apparently that has been a case for a while. Hotel is advertised with parking but it doesn't have one, just a city parking 2 min walk from the hotel that is paid extra.

I really liked everything. The staff were very friendly, both at reception and in the restaurant. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained.
The hairdryer did not work very well (sorry, I forgot to mention it during my stay). All the rest was perfect.

The hotel's location and lobby. The room was clean. Although the hotel has no parking, nearby parking costs 7 euros a day, which was very convenient.
Room was way in the back in a corner, the room and twin beds are extremely small. Perhaps here this is consider ok but for the money paid it was not up to our standard..

Beautiful room (we stayed in a junior suite), lovely location, right in the historical high street. Really magical area. Nice welcome from the staff on the desk with drinks and help with our bags.
Booked the junior suite specifically because of the spa bath but the water jets didn’t work. By the time we were using the bath late in the evening it was too late to get anyone out to fix it and so we didn’t get to use it.
The food at breakfast was nice but there were a lot of flies about landing on food which didn’t fill us with a lot of confidence about the hygiene so we didn’t eat much.
