Dinner and breakfast were very good. Quick and efficient service at both.
Very soft mattress. Time to replace perhaps.

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at The Bear Inn. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean, the bath was absolutely fabulous, perfect after exploring the Abergavenny food festival. The food was outstanding too and made even better by the charming , cosy atmosphere we couldn't recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Good location near the High Street.
Room was tiny and double bed and shower room v small. Our room overlooked the road - noisy at night. Room was 'hot' because of the weather at the time. Breakfast served in a small room with plenty of people in it. The chairs were cloth covered and dirty. Breakfast itself was unimpressive.
