Mercure Colmar Centre Unterlinden

Location, unbeatable. garage with lift to rooms. Good overall standing. Excellent breakfast (variety and quality). Very quiet room (courtyard side). Comfortable bed. Good bathroom with wide shower. Good wifi. TV with international offer of channels.

Room ("privilege" !) absolutely small. Room equipment really disappointing. No racks or room for luggage (we had to place two cases 40x60 cm on the floor!). No room for garments (just a "penderie"). Sitting furniture below any expectation: one chair, one micro-puff and a ridiculous (and useless)"tea-table" .

Good location

Looked scruffy from the outside and room looked tired.

Breakfast

Location was good. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was good.

We arrived quite late around 11:30 and had to wait around 10 minutes for the gent at the front desk to appear. Once we got in the room we find our 8yo daughter’s bed was not even made. Asked the front desk who explained that the reason he was not there when we arrived was because he was making another bed up. He was excellent and attentive; but for the price and brand, you expect the beds to be made when you arrive. The parking is very tight. Easy to damage your car if not extremely careful. Particularly on the exit.
