Great location near everything . The staff were lovely and understanding when I was letting them know my neighbour had been screaming and shouting at the top of her voice for hours (3 am) without pause clearly not the fault of the hotel but they offered solutions . Our room had a couple of things broken but we were very happy with the size and the set up .
I felt the breakfast wasn’t great . We stayed at another hotel in the city a day after our stay and the contrast was apparent. Not awful and coffee always available . There is an outside space that seems to be shared with unconnected with the hotel which was slightly unusual.

Staff availability for questions was spotty and did not comply with the posted hours

Location was good for our activities. Laundary room was nice to have access to. Bed was comfortable.
Rooms were poorly lit. The chandelier like lights on the ceiling were dim at best. The only floor lamp was useless because the plug was missing. We told the desk about so the lamp was removed but not replaced with one that worked. All of the furniture was dated and can best be decribed as uncomfortable military grade.

"Świetna lokalizacja, wszystkie atrakcje Strasburga, restauracje, komunikacja miejsca i dworzec kolejowy w zasięgu spaceru. Dla osób nastawionych na zwiedzanie miasta i okolicy będzie to ogromna zaleta..."
