The location was great and there were a number of good restaurants within walking distance.
The breakfast is rather overpriced. There is a shopping mall very close if you can wait for it to open at 9am.

We don't have complaints about our stay at Odalys in Strasbourg. It was close to the station, clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. Check-in and out was very simple. Very cost effective! And we could leave our bags before check-in in a safe place.
Maybe the AC was a bit too strong and noisy, but only that.

Clean. Apartment suited our needs
Staff service on arrival was very poor, unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Name and booking reference was insufficient for check in. Not told about location of breakfast room or facilities . Unaware of facilities like pool until i was checking out. Customer service at checkout was good.
