The hotel is far more than expected. Rooms are nice, the location is in the middle of Best Street in Düsseldorf, Reception team is amazing !

Good locations and the hotel is nicely presented.

The bedding was odd - duvet didn’t fit across the bed and the pillows were completely flat. I had planned to use the hotel’s leisure facilities but staff advised anyone under the age of 18 cannot use the swimming pool. The swimming pool was one of the reasons I had booked that hotel. My daughter is 9yrs old so we couldn’t use the pool. I arrived at approx. 11am and my room was not available which was fine, we dropped bags and went out for a few hours. We came back at 2:50pm and there still wasn’t a room available yet there didn’t appear to be anyone else waiting around for a 3pm check in. Then a different member of staff said there was a room available. On check out, I needed to settle the bill for our stay, a member of staff tried to charge me for a different room which was more than three times what I was expecting to pay. I politely suggested there was an error but at first the member of staff proceeded to tell me they were correct. It took another member of staff intervening before they realised the first person had entered the wrong room number even though I had handed them the card that comes with the room key which contained the number.
