Close to the tram station; the room was clean.

I don't understand how they manage the room cleaning schedule because I flipped the sign on the door to "Do Not Disturb" because I wanted to get some serious rest, as we had just returned from a concert that night. However, I was startled awake before 10 a.m. when a cleaner opened the door and slammed it shut. And it happened again while I was taking a shower. A cleaner entered without knocking. He asked what time we wanted him to come in and clean. Neither of them apologized for entering without knocking first. We were surprised that the cleaning staff were about to start work even though we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign displayed on the door. We opened the door to double-check the sign, and sure enough, that is what it said. On the last occasion, a female cleaner knocked on the door and identified herself. We asked for another 10 minutes (it was around 11:50 AM at the time); fortunately, she apologized and closed the door.

This is such a wonderful hotel — modern, beautifully designed, and in a quiet area that feels instantly relaxing. It’s our second stay here, and definitely not the last. The rooms are incredibly stylish and smartly laid out, with a clean, fresh feel that really stands out. It’s also very peaceful, and the view over the Rhein is just beautiful. Breakfast was good, and enjoying it from the 16th floor made it even better. We also appreciated having a parking spot in the hotel’s garage. Overall, a fantastic place that keeps impressing us every time.

It was absolutely wonderful! The lady at the reception desk was thoroughly helpful to get us into the room early for a small upgrade that she was able to offer right on the spot. The views were incredible and so fun to see the Goodyear blimp fly by early morning, Saturday😁 … and, most importantly very very comfy beds.

Location is good, nice bar on top and staff is friendly. Solid breakfast.

If you are a sensitive sleeper, you should look for something else. The air condition system in the rooms is an absolute no-go. You can’t turn it off and it blows in your head the whole night, makes noise and you can see it’s full of dust, never seen something like that.
