Oceny i recenzje
100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·wrz 2026
The room was a pleasant one with good facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. It was close to the Frankfurt West railway station. There are quite a lot of stairs to go up and down though which was hard with a heavy suitcase. The dinner menu was excellent!
The shower was good but be careful with it as the water drainage in the shower and the basin was slow. I was worried it might overflow. I did not discover the wifi login.
7 / 10Dobry·sie 2026
The room was small, but nice, with a balcony
The neighbourhood is quiet, but there are options for groceries & cafes around
The hotel itself is quite outdated, not a typical Mercure experience
Also lighting in the room was poor (only 3 separate lamps, nothing on the ceiling)

It was clean and well located.

Close to Messe Frankfurt
Like most hotels, the rates were well over the odds for what you get, but advantage is taken when it is show season. Part of the hotel is across the road in a separate building. Not a problem necessarily but wasn’t expected.
Despite having paid up front, the check out process was ridiculously long and the reception staff didn’t communicate well.
