JUST WONDERFUL!
Close to train station yet away from ugly parts.
Close to restaurants, cafes and shops.
Spacious room, beds very very comfortable long and wide, duvets/covers light yet rich and incredibly warm for a relaxing restful sleep. Temperature of the room perfect, view overlooking to the river magnificent.
People very helpful at the reception and everywhere in the hotel.
I am definitively coming back!

Good location and nice modern rooms. We were able to check in early for a small extra charge.
We were in Frankfurt on a Sunday when retail and lots of cafes etc are closed. We thought we could just stay at the hotel but the bar in the hotel was also closed for a function.

Breakfast is pricey but excellent. The location is convenient but close to the weirder part of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful

breakfast and gym room were good.
too hot. cannot fall asleep. power sockets were not working, had to go down to tell the staff as no phone in the room.
