The location is excellent.
Hard to find, the entrance stairwell is gloomy, and the elevator is very small :)

The hotel was in a really good location near the Opera House and Sacher Hotel. There was contactless check in with easy to follow instructions which was useful as our trains were very delayed and we arrived in Vienna after 1am. We didn't see any staff but the room was cleaned daily and was comfortable.
The oprera suites was difficult to find as there is no obvious sign for it. It's tucked away between 2 shops on a main pedestrian shopping street. There's just a brown door with buzzers to the side for different apartments/businesses (See photo). It would be helpful if this was made clear in the information provided.

I couldn't ask for a more central location, but it was also very quiet.

Location is super!
Very small room - not clean as it should be - belongings of previous guests were in the closet - tight lift - AC was not effective.
