Hotel Pension Suzanne

This is unique and charming pension. Rooms are decorated in 19th/20th century style. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, very close to all attractions. There is no breakfast option but in very close proximity there are many places to eat. Car can be parked in public garages in close proximity.

The location is excellent for visiting the sites of Vienna - all very easily walkable. There were many good food and drink options nearby as well. The room was very clean and our room was very quiet at night as we faced the rear of the building. Carpeting and wallpaper seemed relatively new and well fitted, and coffee maker was excellent. The bathroom was really well lit and had a large mirror. All in all the shower room was in excellent working order and efficient. The service was outstanding, pleasant and helpful.

If I could change anything, I would have liked a small refrigerator and for couples a true double bed would have been preferred versus 2 singles pushed together. These are minor compared to the overall positive aspects of this hotel.

The triple room has a kitchenette, which was nice when you wanted to bring a takeout meal and eat it in a room. Also separate toilette and showroom was nice. The room was very quiet and gave us restful evenings :) The location was perfect, right across from the state opera and the metro station. The area had plenty choices for restaurants and cafes. I’d love to stay at Hotel Pension Suzanne at or next visit!
