It was in a very convenient location, the rooms were comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were helpful and efficient.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and a very good size. The housekeeping staff were excellent — professional, efficient, and always quick to respond to any requests I had. They consistently made sure everything I needed was taken care of promptly, which I really appreciated during my stay.

The main disappointment during my stay was the front desk service. Unfortunately, I did not find the reception staff to be very professional or particularly focused on guest satisfaction. Before my stay, I specifically requested a good, quiet room. However, I was given a room on a relatively low floor, and, more importantly, there were renovation works nearby starting at around 9:00 AM. No one informed me in advance that there would be construction or warned me about the potential noise. The noise was significant enough that I was unable to sleep properly for two mornings, which had a real impact on my stay. When I eventually spoke to the front desk about the issue, I was offered a room change — but only on my final day, just before checking out, which was obviously too late to be useful. What I found particularly strange was that on my final night, a plate of apples and grapes, large bottles of water, and chocolates were delivered to my room, but without any note or message of apology. I assumed it may have been intended as a gesture regarding the inconvenience, but without any explanation, it felt impersonal and did not really address what had happened. Overall, the room itself was comfortable and the housekeeping team was excellent, responsive, and professional. Unfortunately, the handling of the noise issue and the experience with the front desk significantly affected what otherwise could have been a very pleasant stay.
