Great friendly staff
Spa was overpriced and massage was just ok

The hotel is very nice and spacious, with an excellent breakfast. The sauna and jacuzzi were also great. However, our room was on the third floor, and we could hear a lot of noise from the trains and trams, which was quite disturbing at night and made it difficult to sleep.
In overall it’s the great hotel.
I also accidentally left my hair clip in the pool changing room. When I contacted the hotel, they couldn’t find it and mentioned that someone may have taken it. I found this quite surprising and disappointing, as I wouldn’t expect a personal item left inside a hotel changing room to simply disappear.
