Hotel San Luca

Lovely little hotel in a great location so close to the Arena and within walking distance of key sites. Extremely friendly staff, nice clean rooms and v good continental breakfast.

The property was well maintained and very clean and the location for everything you wanted to see was perfect The staff www wonderful friendly and knowledgeable .

Just little things .The entrance with dried flowers and them on display throughout distracted from the rest of the hotel. Paper cups in the bedroom for tea and coffee.

Recently renovated bedrooms and bathrooms are nicer than they seem online. High ceilings and subtle design choices give the feeling of luxury at a good price.

The wifi in the lobby was very poor. But, in the rooms it was fine.

The convenience and location of the hotel is great. Breakfast was very nice and fresh.

Unfortunately the room that I received was very small. From viewing the photos online I was expecting a nice double bed with a decent amount of space in the room. I was given a very compact, single bed room with not a lot space. There are no photos of this room on the booking site so i was a bit disappointed. For the price that I paid I would have expected a lot more. The hotel has 24hr access, however when I came to the door at 1am it took approximately 5-10 minutes of knocking to be allowed in. This is not a long amount of time but I began to think I would not be let in which led to a bit of a panic. I was later informed of a doorbell that is completly hidden behind a planter to the right hand side of the door.
