Verona House Aparthotel

The room was as expected, it was a good value for the money. It was clean, well maintained, the kitchen had everything we needed. the breakfast was very good and tasty. All the staff were kind. There is a valet service that can be booked, it was very good and the person handling it was nice. The location is very good too, couple of minutes walking to the center.

The room was near the reception at the first floor, I would choose a room on a higher level.

Hotel location is exceptional: not too close in the Old Town but a nice 15 minute walk away which gave us a chance to walk through the Old Town areas in order to get to the Arena or the Piazza della Erbe! This Apartholel is connected with Hotel Milano and you are able to enjoy their rooftop bar with view of the Arena! The staff was so nice to let us borrow umbrellas when it rained on the first day and seat cushions when we went to see Aida at the Arena! The lady in charge of providing the breakfast buffet is amazing! She works very had to offer a wide selection of food items and to keep the buffet restocked! Kudos to her! They even had gluten-free items for me!

We had been spoiled with accommodations that offered very spacious suites in all the previous hotels/apartments that we stayed at during our travels. Arriving in Verona, we found that our 1-bedroom stay was tiny (compared to our accommodations in Ortisei, Merano, and Trento) which took us a bit to get used to! Of course, we understand that Verona is a much more ancient city which reflects that the buildings offer smaller rooms.

Very good breakfast and location was perfect
