The rooms were clean and spacious, staff amazing especially the lady who manages the buffet. Speaking of breakfast buffet, it was amazing. The hotel is very generous and the selection is great! There was also an open bar with a cozy area to hang out. Overall I highly recommend this place!!!

The staff is the best I've ever worked with!! They were very helpful throughout the trip. I really like the room and the room size too, very large and comfy. There were a few restaurants near by that were good too. But, the staff made the difference and were GREAT!!

This was our favorite hotel in all of Italy!! from the moment you walk in, the staff was wonderful! Gave us a map highlighting where the attractions were & how to get there. Actually super easy walk to city center. The back of the map explained what they are doing for sustainability. They took all the coffee machines out of the rooms but there is a super automatic in the lounge where you can make yourself tea/coffee any time you want. Also natural & frizzy water available on tap where we filled out water bottles often. They had the best happy hour where you get 3 free drinks in they beautiful garden which is lite magically at night. Wish we could have stayed longer. The room was lovely with a lovely old world authentic feel with modern lighting, plumbing, bed, etc.
