The hotel was in an area that was still close to the main sites both on feet or by bus but at the same time it wasn’t in the very touristy zone. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We got amazing restaurant recommendations and whenever we needed some assistance they were immediately available and helping with a big smile. The room was quite spacious and cozy and super clean. The breakfast was perfect, what we had was of good quality and we could have a great meal.

Mostly the service which was super attentive, kind, and cooperative especially from Ihab, Giorgio and Sylvia. Thank you very much.

The elevator didn’t work we couldn’t care less, but for people with disabilities it might be problematic for any other aspect. It was a terrific day with a wonderful service in a beautiful site and a big room.

In a private building. No elevator. No parking.

It was easily accessible to the city center and in a safe location with a parking garage next door! The staff was wonderful and friendly too!!

No, we enjoyed our stay there.
