100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
One of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Room 304, massive bed, spacious, bath and shower. Staff professional and courteous. Good breakfast. Close to British Museum and Theatres. Choice of underground stations.
Air con didn't work, although in October, we didn't need it, so we made no.issue
But that was the only thing we can mark it down for. I suppose £350 a night is steep, but that's Central London for you.

Fabulous location and the staff was so kind and helpful! Room was big and our bed was also huge and so comfortable! We had AC in our room which was wonderful, as it was still warm during our September visit.
Signs of dating- warn carpet and grout falling out of the shower, but the good far outweighed the not good

Location was excellent. 30 minutes walk from King's Cross Station. Ten minute walk to Oxford Street. 20 minute walk to Convent Garden. Ten minute walk to UKL Hospital.
The breakfast was good, although my poached eggs were both hard. Good selection of fresh fruit.
The shower was large and was powerful and hot and spotlessly clean.
Staff were all friendly
The room smelt musty when we first arrived.
Large stain on the ceiling.

Great location
No lift, needs carpets cleaning, walls need paining, divan bed needs changing as ripped and scuffed. Very poor maintenance and photos on booking.com are very misleading.
