Decent hotel to stay in london
Way too many messages and comms, no reception

The location was fantastic, and the free luggage storage was a great bonus. The room was spacious enough for two people.
There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the room, and the bedsheets didn't feel very clean.

The room was spacious and we had a shared balcony off the bedroom. I slept on the sofa bed that was made up on arrival. It was very comfortable
We were on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes to the 4 th floor. I’m a senior and wouldn’t have been able to get my luggage up the small narrow hallway with steps without the help of my roommates

The location was good, and access straightforward but the room was very small.
Larger room.

"Conveniently located but without the noise. Everything automated, no key just a pin code. Adapters and other little essentials available in lobby with no hassle. Working AC. Bed is comfortable, water ..."
