This hotel is brilliant for when visiting Lundon. It is very close to Houston Station which makes it perfectly located. It is also a very high standard when it comes to its rooms and facilities. The ability to be able to check in remotely as well as do so at the front desk is a real benefit. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful

Location
The air con was broken I called reception at 10pm, they said they were coming to look at it and didn’t.
1am I called back as I could not sleep it was 25C in the room! They changed the air con to cool.but it was broken and did nothing.
I had to sleep with the window open but it only half opened so air flow was not good.
