On outer appearances the hotel itself is deceptive. Grafton St is not the most attractive but you soon realize that it is conveniently located to the Tube and the upper level accommodation is really great. Room is well fitted out and the bathroom facilities are very good.
Nothing much comes to mind - the stay was pretty good and we got around quite easily either walking or catching the Tube.

Really cozy room and friendly staff. The room had everything you could need - coffee, tea, bath products. The air conditioning worked pretty well too. The location is wonderful, being just by the BT Tower.
Nothing I can think of. Only one thing to note is that if you're on a higher level, there are a lot of narrow stairs, but it's manageable with a small bag or suitcase.

Beautifully decorated rooms, with comfortable bed and pillows.
It wasn’t a problem for us, but there are stairs up to bedrooms and no lift.

Location and boutique feel.
Staying 2 nights but entry card mistakenly set up for 1. Returned 10.30 Sun evening and pub was shut and couldn’t access building/room. Had to wait an hour for someone to come and let me in which was stressful and also spoiled plans for that evening (as was going to get changed and briefly visit someone but delay meant too late to do so).
