Good staff, comfortable bed, roomy, nice bathroom
The room was a bit smelly and musty. Needed the window open to air it out

Lovely breakfast
Very small room, but I expected that in London

The room, the staff everything were excellent. The bathroom and toilet are seperate so that also saves time if 2 people are staying in the room, the waiting time is less. The staff helped us with our luggage to and from the room.
Only the room was at location where after using the lift to 3rd floor, we had to climb stairs up and down to reach our room. this was bit awkward. The staff helped us with our luggage to and from the room.
