100% sprawdzonych opinii8 / 10Doskonały·paź 2026
The small room was very quiet and comfortable. It was nice to be provided with free bottled water and lovely toiletries. The bed was super comfortable.
It would have been nice to be able to open the window. The breakfast is extremely expensive, there are lots of good more reasonably priced breakfast places very close to the hotel. It is not appropriate to charge an 'optional' £15 service charge and then put customers in an embarrassing position if they have to ask at the reception desk to have this removed from their bill.

The Location
We were allocated a very poor room - very small and tired decor. However, the staff were very helpful in finding an alternative room. It was a disappointing start to our stay.
